Hi, I’m Sian

I want you to know that life doesn’t have to feel exhausting or overwhelming — help is out there.

Whether it’s for you, your child, or your teenager — I’ve got you.

You’re not failing; you just haven’t found the approach that works for you yet. I can help.
From sensory difficulties and emotional overwhelm to learning engagement and task management, everything I do is about supporting who you are and helping daily life feel easier.

If life is feeling tough,
It’s free — so what have you got to lose?

🌿 Why Choose Me?

How I work, what I bring, and why families trust me.

When families and individuals reach out for support, it’s usually because things feel confusing, overwhelming, or simply “too much.” They want someone who understands the emotional layers, the sensory pieces, the behaviour, the identity, the communication — and the reality of living it day to day.

So I wanted to share a little about why families and individuals alike choose to work with me, and what makes my approach a bit different.

🌱 A blend of experience, learning and real-life insight

For more than 13 years, I’ve been supporting children, young people and families with sensory needs, emotional regulation, behaviour, overwhelm, PDA profiles, ADHD, autism, communication, and identity.

I’ve completed levels 1, 2 and 3 in psychology, behaviour, and neurodiversity, and continued building specialist knowledge in

  • sensory processing
  • masking and burnout
  • emotional overwhelm
  • communication differences
  • applied neuroscience
  • attachment and nervous system work
  • family communication and co-regulation

But honestly?
A huge part of my understanding comes from being alongside families and young people really listening, noticing the small details, and watching what helps people feel safe, calm, confident and understood.

🌿 The way I work

My approach is calm, kind, and centred on curiosity. I don’t arrive with a ready-made answer or script.
I spend time understanding:

  • what you, your child or young person is experiencing in their body
  • what needs the behaviour is communicating
  • the impact of masking, anxiety or overwhelm
  • sensory triggers you may not have spotted
  • the strengths and interests you can build on
  • what you need as the parent or caregiver

We build strategies together — practical ones that feel manageable in everyday life, not overwhelming or impossible.

Why people feel safe with me.

I am often told by those I support, that they finally feel understood, they feel seen.
That’s one of the things I value most.

I don’t judge.
I don’t expect masking.
I don’t believe in “fixing”.
And I never want you to rely on me forever.

Instead, I help you understand the why behind what’s happening, so you can feel more confident and in control long after our work together ends.

What you can expect when we work together

  • A warm, safe space to talk honestly
  • Someone who sees behaviour as communication
  • Calm, clear explanations that make sense
  • Strategies that fit your real life
  • Support that respects you, your strengths and neurotype
  • A partnership — not a hierarchy
  • Professional guidance that’s grounded in training, research, and real-life practice

My work is built on empathy, evidence, and experience — but also on genuine care for the people I support.

A final note

Choosing someone to help you, your child or young person is a big step. You deserve someone who sees you, listens to you, and works with you — not at you.

If you’re exploring support and want to know whether I’m the right fit, you’re always welcome to reach out, ask questions, or just talk things through.

I’m here to help you feel understood, empowered and supported — every step of the way.
